Systems Evaluation & Program Development
If SSE is contacted prior to the development of architectural drawings, we routinely consult with owners and builders to determine the optimum stadium seating configuration, riser height, and platform depth for each project.

In this initial stage, based on the specific objectives of the customer, SSE will recommend the proper stadium seating system to fulfill their goals and assist in setting the criteria for the platform design.

Conceptual Design
As a part of the initial evaluation phase, SSE can prepare conceptual layouts of the stadium seating for the project. These conceptual drawings illustrate the layout of each auditorium showing exiting, aisles, handicap seating and overall seat count per auditorium. These drawings and the information gathered in this phase will serve as the basis of the cost estimate.

Cost Estimating
SSE will estimate the cost of design, material and delivery for the most appropriate stadium seating platform system (SSE Steel or EPS Foam) for the project. Costs are calculated on a cost per square foot basis for the overall project as well as on a cost per auditorium and cost per platform square foot.

A comprehensive cost estimate is provided to the owner prior to executing the contract with SSE.

Engineering Design
As a part of our Services, SSE prepares complete engineering design documents and/or shop drawings for the installation of the stadium seating platform system.

For the Steel Stadium Seating System, SSE provides stamped structural engineering documents for submission to the building department.

For the EPS Stadium Seating System, SSE provides shop drawings or stamped structural engineering documents depending on the requirements of the reviewing agency.

System Fabrication
SSE has relationships with material suppliers throughout North America. Depending upon the location of each project, SSE will negotiate the purchase and delivery of material from a supplier in close proximity to the project site.

These relationships enable SSE to minimize shipping costs and maintain the highest levels of quality in our product and services.

Turn Key
For customers seeking a single point of responsibility, SSE can offer a Turn-Key design, fabrication, installation and construction option. Under this option, SSE will act as your Project Manager assembling a comprehensive team of professionals including Architects, Engineers, FF&E Consultants and General Contractors to deliver the complete project. This option can be structured as a single contract for a firm fixed price. Please contact SSE to discuss this option.
